Fireworks to light up Weymouth Bay this Summer!
Weymouth Town Council will host five spectacular firework displays over Weymouth seafront with the first one being on Monday 31st July and every other Monday in August (7th, 14th, 21st and the August Bank Holiday on the 28th).
The displays will start at 9.30pm and can be viewed across Weymouth Seafront.
Mayor of Weymouth, Cllr Kate Wheller, said: “The fireworks on Weymouth seafront always create a fantastic atmosphere throughout the town for residents and visitors. I would encourage people to make an evening of it and support our local hospitality venues along the seafront.”
“The first display will be held on Monday 31st July at 9.30pm. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Weymouth to start the first of our five firework displays this summer!”
The summer firework displays will be provided by Sirotechnics again.
Where possible, people are encouraged to leave their cars at home and walk or use public transport when getting to and from the displays.
