Radipole Park Development Update

We have some great updates to inform you on about the development at Radipole Park! Play equipment has started to arrive on site and will start to be installed over the next few weeks. The sports court area is progressing well and it won’t be long before we are able to resurface them and complete this section of the park.

Some more great news is that the Friends of Radipole Park & Gardens have been recognised with the Team of the Year Award at the Volunteer Centre Dorset – Volunteer Celebration Evening. This is well deserved as it highlights their dedication and tireless efforts in making Radipole Park a remarkable and inclusive space for all.

The investment has funded construction of a new cafe/ kiosk, the Council are now seeking to award a new Lease opportunity to a food and beverage / kiosk operator to provide a high-quality service at the new kiosk. Due to a small delay on the kiosk construction this will mean the kiosk will be ready to open during February 2024.
