Film Night: The Red Turtle

Wyke Regis Community Film Club presents The Red Turtle, an animated fantasy drama from the Japanese company Studio Ghibli.
The Red Turtle*, which has no dialogue, tells the story of a man who becomes shipwrecked on an uninhabited island and meets a giant female red turtle. Its magnificent, detailed animation captures the delicate balance and wonder of life, death and the power of landscape.
