Nominations now open for the Mayor’s Community Awards 2024!
The Mayor of Weymouth, Cllr Kate Wheller is looking for unsung heroes to be nominated for a Community Award!
If you know someone who goes the extra mile to help others in your community, you can nominate them today to be considered for an award from the Mayor.
All you need to do is get in touch with your local councillor to discuss your nomination by the closing date, which is Friday 2nd February. Tell them who you would like to be nominated including their name and why you want to nominate them. They’ll do the rest.
Visit our website to find contact details for all our councillors, and get nominating today! The recipients will be announced at a meeting of Weymouth Town Council’s Full Council on Wednesday 20th March.
