adult dance classes – Commercial Street Dance
Find your dance freedom in Adult Commercial Street Dance classes with SJ Cooper @dancifysouth
Enjoy an adult dance class that’s all about empowering your body to enjoy the fun, freedom and style of commercial street dance! You’ll be dancing to the hottest tracks, with easy to learn choreography, with a great focus on building confidence. Join me, SJ, for a super supportive dance class that will encourage you to let loose and own the dance floor!
Never danced in this style before or never been to a dance class? IT DOES NOT MATTER!! Come with an open heart, ready to enjoy the movement and I will guide you through the rest! I have nearly 20 years teaching adult dance and I understand the nerves and fear factor that can make you hesitant to join a dance class, but you don’t need to worry. My classes are relaxed and friendly and you’ll be amongst like minded people who want to enjoy moving, build confidence and get a little fun social time!
2025 classes start Thursday 9th January 8-9pm and run continually through 16th, 23rd and 30th January. Book the January session for £20 (based on 4 classes) – its great value!
