Weymouth Health Walks – New Longer Walk
A new, longer free health walk is available on the third Tuesday of the month commencing in different venues from 2pm.
The walk will include paths through the parks and the RSPB reserve, so please be prepared for muddy sections! The route will be up to four miles and take approximately 80-90 minutes, depending on the pace of the walkers on the day.
Please be aware that this walk is much longer and of a quicker pace than our regular walks, so will not be suitable for all abilities.
Regular free local health walks
Regular free health walks are held in various locations in the local area. The route taken on the day is agreed at the beginning of the walk and is dependent on the ability and preference of those attending. All abilities are welcome and the walk can stretch out to different paces. There is no pressure and no one is ever left behind as the pace of the walk is dictated by the rear walker. Our walks last approximately 45 minutes.
