A final free parking date has been announced!

The final free parking day for Weymouth has been announced for Boxing Day! Grab yourself a bargain on Tuesday 26th December and support local businesses.

Participating town centre car parks include Weymouth Pavilion, Pavilion Forecourt, Governors Lane, Cosens Quay, Harbourside, Melcombe Regis, Park Street and Swannery. 

Chair of Services, Cllr Ryan Hope said, “Our thanks go to Dorset Council for supporting this initiative again this year. It’s great to have free parking on these dates which will bring people into the town as well as encourage those to shop local and boost the economy. And do join the Mayor of Weymouth for Carols by the Coast on Saturday 2nd December and get into the festive spirit in the run up to Christmas.”

Car parks are expected to busier than usual, and we encourage to you walk, cycle or use public transport where possible.
