The above order was made on 26 June 2020 under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order will be to divert public Footpath 24 (part), 160, 161 (part), and public Bridleway 21 (part), Weymouth as shown on the order map as follows:
