Local community and business opportunities for two vacant council buildings

Weymouth Town Council has identified two vacant assets and would like feedback from local businesses and/or community groups that would be interested in operating from one or both premises.

The vacant assets are:

• Community Building, Wyke Regis (Former Toilets), adjacent to Wyke Regis Gardens (Portland Road);
• Swannery Car Park Market Office (adjoining the Swannery Car Park – Radipole Park Drive)

Filling out this survey will help the Town Council understand the level of interest, the forms of proposed operational activities and their potential value, enabling the Council to shape the future direction taken with these assets and any procurement exercise that may follow.

Please note that the Council reserves the right to not proceed with any proposals or a procurement process.

The Council will not meet any costs incurred by any party in responding to the survey.
